Usage Rights

Commissioned artwork comes with a personal license by default. This includes posting on social media, using as profile art, or printing for personal enjoyment. The client may not sell, redistribute, or use the work commercially without the purchase of the other licenses.

Artist Rights

The artist retains the right to post completed work in their portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials, unless the client request otherwise at the time of commission. Please inform upfront if the commission is confidential or NDA-protected.

Payment & Refunds

Full payment is due after sketch approval, before rendering begins. Once payment is made and work has commenced, refunds are not available. If work has not yet started, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Revisions

Up to two rounds of revisions are included at the sketch stage. Major changes requested after the rendering stage (e.g. pose, composition, character changes) may incur an additional fee. Minor finishing tweaks are welcome at delivery.

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround varies by complexity and queue. An estimated timeframe will be provided at confirmation.

What I will & won't draw

Welcome: OCs, fan art, vtuber personas, furry (simple), NSFW.

Not welcome: Hate & discrimination, excessive violence and gore, detailed mecha / furry, heavily referenced / plagiarised works, generative AI and AI derivative works from the project.

Character References

Please provide clear reference images for your character. The more detail the client shares, the more accurately the artist can capture your vision. The artist is not responsible for inaccuracies that arise from vague or incomplete references.

AI & Reproduction Policy

The artists' works are not to be used to train AI models, datasets, or similar systems. Commissioned artwork may not be reproduced, traced, or redistributed for any purpose beyond personal use without express written permission.
